busy, busy, busy

whew! its been a while since i've posted on my blog. i've been so busy for the past few weeks because of our summer class. though i have time to spare to visit the site that i usually visit, i'm still not able to update my blog. its so frustrating but i have to first prioritize my studies so that i would become an effective nurse in the future.
i miss blogging. but what can i do?! time is so restricted to my studies. i have a lot to say but i just can't post it on my blog. well, i hope that when summer ends, i would be able to post something new. that's all for now..

the days that have passed

okay, so, i've missed a lot of days from posting in my blog. its just that i've been busy because of our summer classes. after i received the news that i passed, i was really happy and spent my day just being a bummer at home. watching dramas, sleeping, eating [i gained weight..awww :c] and surfing the net.
first week of april. i just watched the korean drama "lovers" which is great, by the way. i really loved it and i enjoyed watching the drama. though there were some boring scenes i still loved it. especially the lead characters in the drama as well as some of the supporting cast. the drama, by the way, is being broadcasted at abs-cbn for the filipino viewers. as usual, some of my friends said "nauna ka na naman sa iba". of course, i want to be updated with korean and japaneses dramas as much as possible.
second week of april. i spent my days going to school because all incoming 3rd year students who will have the summer must undergo the pregnancy test and urine analysis. it was a really tiring day for all of us. especially those who came from far places like me. the payment system was not so effective and it was bothersome to go back and forth in school especially because of the hot weather. also, we spent the week for the enrollment for summer. one day is not enough to finish enrollment at ceu except if there are only few who are enrolling. it was really tiresome and disappointing because our section, was disseminated among other sections. with new classmates, we know that it will be hard for us to adjust.
third week of april. start of the summer class. the schedule of our ncm 100 rle is from monday to wednesday. on monday, we had our orientation and they introduced the different clinical instructors that will guide us for the summer semester. i was not in such a good mood that day because i was late. i'm not the kind of person who is not used to being late. because of my moody personality, i will easily get irritated to the person who became the source of me, being late. anyways, we spent just few hours at school and it was dismissal already. the next day, tuesday, we didn't have our rle but i still went to school so that i could have the pregnancy test and urine analysis. when i first entered the clinical laboratory, my bladder was not yet distended and it became my problem. only few of my urine went out and it didn't even reached 1/2 of the bottle.
then, i decided to go see my other classmates who underwent the same process. we ate first our lunch so we would be able to let out our urine for the testing. after eating, we went back inside the school and to the clinical laboratory. we spent few minutes outside then we decided that we felt our bladder were distended. one by one, we went inside the comfort room to pee and put some in the bottle. we were happy during that time because of certain reason. after finishing with the urine sample, we went to C&E bookshop because my other companions bought the books required for us to buy. it was such a hot, scorching day for all of us. we also befriended the nursing student who already graduated from ceu. he was a guy by the way. we then went back to school to get the result but we still waited for a few hours. after getting the result, i went home.
wednesday. traumatizing day ever in my life. the clinical instructors inspected all of us because some students were seen using cellphones. cellphones are strictly prohibited during rle days. we were all nervous because we thought it wouldn't really happen. during the morning session, we had our ncm 100 orientation and the things that we are supposed to do. my gosh, "super dami talaga ng gagawin". hope we survive!
lecture days. we start our lecture days from thursday-saturday. well, our subjects are okay because there's only two. ncm 100 and nutrition. i really appreciate our professors in ncm and nutrition. i do understand the things that they are teaching us. man, the only problem is that i always feel sleepy during our nutrition laboratory.
i am looking forward for our hospital duty orientation but not the return demo..hehe :) anyways, i need to sleep for now. godbless!

emil's despedida

yesterday, april 4, 2008, emil had his despedida because he's going to the states because his father wants him to live there with him. me and josyl went together since were from the same village. we went first to sm taytay because josyl had to look for something which is school-related. we stayed there for quite some time before proceeding to emil's house. we strolled through the mall and paved our way thorugh the many people who were shopping because it was a sale. we decided to eat at mcdonald's becasue we were both hungry. the american and korean boys who were ordering was so annoying. they were naughty and saying bad words all over the place. they didn't even had the decency to say sorry when one of them spilled the coke on the floor.
anyways, while eating, we were telling stories about each other. informing one another of the things that has happened to us. after we ate, we went to golden city and we just walked because it was just a distance away. we saw a lot of former sienans at sm taytay and we didn't even bother to smile or say hi to them. haha..^^ we went to emil's house by tricycle and when we arrived there, our friends hasn't arrived yet. we talked for a while outside. we were kinda surprised because emil and his mother didn't know that there were few people who were coming. when khiara arrived, we went inside the house and chit chat with each other. then, one by one, they started arriving. the food started to flow as well as the drinks.
after some time, there were already numerous people at emil's house. then, we went into the garage to enjoy the moment. we, our berkada, started to have some fun. you know, the usual stuff teenagers do when they know about lots of things. after we felt that we've had enough, we went to emil's room to have a chat. we enjoyed hearing information about our friends whom we didn't get to spend a lot of time before because of the busy schedule. i didn't go home yet because me and josyl were scared. we evacuated and went to khiara's house were we watched good luck chuck. it was a funny movie. after watching, me and josyl went home.
it was so nice to sleep in your own house. i slept at about 6am because i had to wait for someone to open the room because it was locked. anyways, that was my day.

i passed!

yahoo! yesterday, i went to school because we still have to continue with the editing of our community output. when i woke up, i read my classmate's text looking for me because she was already in school. unfortunately for me, i just woke up. so what i did was i immediately took a bath, put on some clothes and went to school. i ate first a sandwich so that i won't feel hungry. after eating, i left home. there wasn't much traffic so i was able to arrive at school early. at school, i sat down with my classmates and we waited for our other classmate. he texted us and told us that we should already meet with our community coordinator to start with the editing.
we met up with our community coordinator and went to the computer shop to start editing because there were no available laptops in the miad. afterwards, we started editing. i was texting one of my classmate and she told me that we could already see our grades on the internet. me and my classmate who was with me was so nervous so i decided to rent a computer so i could visit the site of ceu. when i finally opened the site, my hands were shaking. after which, i saw my grades and i'm so glad that i passed! i was so noisy inside the computer shop and almost all the people near us were looking at us. i didn't care what they saw because i'm just glad that i passed.
after doing our business in the computer shop, we went to mcdonald's because our classmate treated us with an ice cream. that ice cream was our lunch for the day. after eating the ice cream, we then decided to go home. i passed by sta. lucia to buy munchkin as "pasalubong" for my sisters. this was a happy day for me.
