bsn level 3

yahoo! finally, i'm on my 3rd year of college. i have been promoted to bsn level 3 which is such a fulfilling and rewarding thing for me. after so much hardships, misunderstandings, crying and happy times, we, the bs nursing batch 2010 had our capping and pinning ceremony last june 19, 2008 at the philippine international convention center.
the event was such a huge thing for all of us. despite the unfinished name plates and some of the caps were ugly, we still had a successful capping and pinning ceremony. it was such an achievement for all of us because we went through a lot during our second year and summer classes. it was so fun and we were all happy that we were able to be included in the capping and pinning.
now, this is the most crucial level for all of the bsn level 3. with the lecture demo, return demo, hospital duty and community immersion, we must dedicate ourselves to our work and each and everyone must cooperate. so far, we have all been busy because of a lot of things. this is the time to be serious but still, there should be fun and excitement with our lives. you shouldn't just focus too much on studying, you still have to go out and have fun and discover the world..hehe..^^
anyways, i wish i could make it through this first semester and continue up until level 4. i should work harder to achieve my goals. also, i am so happy because i have a lot of inspirations this year. haha..^^ that is why i should be able to do my best.

I SUPER SUPER HATE THIS DAY! FUCK THIS DAY!!!

tama ba namang sigawan ako ng clinical instructor namin?! kahit kailan, in the history of being a nursing student have i been shouted at by a clinical instructor. ang kapal ng mukha niya para sigawan ako. kahit nga mama ko hindi pa ko sinisigawan ng ganon eh. akala ba niya hindi ako marunong lumaban? pwes, humanda na lang siya pag pumunta ng CEU ang mama ko. subukan lang niya itanggi yung ginawa niya sakin kapag nakaharap na niya si dean. ang dami dami kong witness noh. ang FEELING NIYA!!! nagmamaganda kala naman niya maganda siya. ito ang scenario na nangyari kanina:

clinical instructor: sino secretary ng section Q? (sumisigaw dahil walang nakikinig sa kanya)
students (background): nagtatawanan dahil walang naririnig na sumisigaw?
clinical instructor: sino sabi secretary ng section Q? (sumisigaw pa rin dahil mainit na ang ulo niya at walang nakikinig sa kanya)
students (nagsalita na rin sa wakas): si adelaide po
clinical instructor: sino yun?
adelaide: lumalapit papunta sa clinical instructor. pero bago tuluyang makalapit sa clinical instructor, may nakita siyang ginawa ng C.I. ang C.I ay nag-mouth ng words na PARANG TANGA. akala siguro ng C.I. e hindi nakita ni adelaide pati ng iba nitong mga kaklase.
clinical instructor (to adelaide): bingi ka ba? hindi mo ba ako naririnig? kanina pa ko sigaw ng sigaw dito bakit hindi ka lumalapit?
adelaide: hindi po.
clinical instructor: o nasan na yung minutes of the meeting?
adelaide: wala po eh. pero yung isa po nabigay ko na kay sir________
clinical instructor: hay naku. bahala ka mag explain kay ma'am_______ kung bakit wala yun. pinapainit mo ulo ko.
adelaide: opo. at umalis na papunta sa kanyang upuan para ayusin ang gamit niya.

habang papabalik si adelaide sa kanyang upuan, nag-model model modelan ang nasabing C.I. at nagmouthing of words na naman na akala niya ulit siguro ay hindi nakita ng mga kaklase ni adelaide.

so, wala talagang karapatan ung C.I na yun na sigawan ako. hindi ko pati kasalanan na uminit ang ulo niya bago pa siya magalit sakin. ok lang sana kung ang nanigaw sakin e yung mga kilala kong ganon ang ginagawa kapag mali yung estudyante pero mabait naman sila. hay.. sabi nga ng iba wag ko na daw pansinin yun pero syempre nasaktan ako kaya hindi ko yun palalampasin. hangga't hindi ako nabibigyan ng hustisya, hindi ako titigil. gago pala siya eh. ayun, bahala na si lord sa kanya.

ate's journey to riyadh

today, my oldest sister, went to riyadh, saudi arabia to work as a nurse. it was finally her wish come true to have a job related to the course she took up. she first worked at a call center company then did reviews and trainings. finally, she's now off to a foreign land to give service to others as a nurse.
the whole family went to the airport for support. my mom won't stop crying especially the day before my sister left up until the moment we got back home. we waited until she and her other companions checked-in in the airlines. while waiting, we ate at kfc at the naia international airport. there, we got to chat with each other.
its sad to have one member leave but of course, that day will definitely come since the economy in the philippines is not so good especially when it comes to the salary of workers. my sister was so glad that she was able to find a job. i think she will come back after two years. my mom was the most depressed when ate left. ate's twin was sad but of course she know that she will follow ate because she also wants to work abroad. three of us in the family took up nursing. two are already nurses. and as for me, i still have a long way to go.
who wouldn't miss ate? out of the four siblings, she is the most responsible. of course, i'm gonna miss her but that's just part of life. i hope she stays well and take care of herself while she's away from us. i wish her well with her job. au revoir!!!
