zettai kareshi

zettai kareshi or absolute boyfriend is a japanese manga created by watase yu. fuji tv released a live action which stars mokomichi hayami as tenjo night, a robot lover which was controlled by the program installed inside him but then eventually took a mind of its own. aibu saki as izawa riko, an aspiring pastry chef who bought tenjo night as her ideal lover but eventually falls for him. mizushima hiro as asamoto soushi, riko's boss who fell in love with her but cannot win her heart because of tenjo night.
eventually, this drama is a love triangle between night, riko and soushi. i so love this drama. i watched it on crunchy roll because there is a problem with our dvd player in the computer. anyways, i didn't really had the mood to watch this drama but since there's nothing good to watch, i tired watching it. i fell in love easily with this drama because it is a comedy-romance drama.

SPOILER AHEAD!

there were some really funny scenes in the drama but there were also those really sad that you will definitely cry because i did :'( you'll now more if you watch the drama for those japenese drama lovers. anyways, towards the last episode i did cry really hard because it was just so sad. i mean, why does night have to shut down when he and riko were in the midst of their loving relationship? well, i guess it can't be helped when you're a robot and you have to cease functioning eventually.
i felt bad for soushi though. riko can't love him back because she chose night. what's really sad is that night wrote a letter to soushi saying that he should take care of riko for night. also, what i remember is that when night said that he will look over riko from above though he's a robot (wah! the tears are welling up in my eyes again!!!) i also love mr. namikiri, night's savior who always repair him and believed in riko and night's love for one another.

in short, I SO LOVE THIS DRAMA. too much spoiler. hehe :)

classes suspended

today, all classes in manila was cancelled due to the rain and some parts in manila were already flooded. during the morning, the rain was pouring hard but i still arrive at school in time for the quiz to start. we had 2 quizzes, one for community and the other was for the skills. we had the rationalization of the quiz for community and thank goodness i passed. we had our oral revalida orientation with our clinical coordinator. after that, we had our break and during that span of time, all classes were suspended. except for us because we still have to finish the grand return demo orientation.
after the break, we went back to lah nal 2nd and had our grand return demo orientation. there are lots of things to prepare and we really have to study because we don't know what procedures we are to perform. God, help all the level 3 nursing students. guide us during that day and we'll do our very best to pass. good luck to all Level 3 BSN students.

omg! another filipino movie i've watched. its so funny because i don't just watch any random tagalog movies. piling-pili lang yung mga pinapanood kong tagalog movie. kahit sabihin pa ng mga kaibigan ko na maganada yung movie.
anyway, this time, me and my friend decided to watch a tagalog movie just for us to unwind..hehe :) so, we watched a ver special love starring john lloyd cruz and sarah geronimo. grabe, one thing i could say is john lloyd cruz is so hot! ang gwapo niya!!! ang galing pang umarte..haha :) anyways, magaling din si sarah dun sa movie.
i find the movie really nice. the story is nice, acting was good and it was good. there were some touching scenes in the movie and the NG scenes made me so kilig dahil ang gwapo ni john lloyd. yun lang :)

return demo part 2

august 12, 2008. return demo part 2. lah nal 2. i didn't arrive early as i would have expected but i arrived at school when it was about time for me to perform the return demo. i immediately went to lah nal 2 and went inside. i went to the c.r. because i need to pee for our heat and acetic acid test, benedict's test and urine collection. anyways, i filled all of the bottle. after that, i went back inside the nal and went to the cubicle where out group was assigned.
it was time for me to perform the return demo. i didn't feel nervous at all because i was able to study. but during the actual return demo, the clinical instructor slowed me down a little bit. anyways, i didn't have any problem with the clinical instructor. she was nice to me and that was a good thing. after that, i saw my grades and went out of the nal. she told me to come back again after the last student because i will perform the leopold's maneuver which i wasn't able to finish yesterday. so, i waited for my time to come. when it was about time, i went up the nal and waited for the time.
i was so glad that she allowed me to perform the leopold's maneuver but i was only given 3 minutes but that's okay. i was able to finish steps 1-3 and my grade was good. it was also a good thing that she allowed me to perform the leopold's maneuver because, somehow, it raised my total average for the return demo. ret dem is over! yeah! grand return demo is next. good luck to all of us.

day 1 of return demo

august 11, 2008. day 1, return demo. it was the first day of our return demo for the midterms. for our group Q2, we have to do set a which includes the leopold's maneuver, administering an enema, breastfeeding technique and care of the breast. our clinical instructor was ma'am pantaleon.
i had already experienced performing return demo to her because during our summer, she also handled our group. anyways, good thing i arrived early at school before it was my time to perform. i really didn't study at all. i studied on the morning i woke up. i don't know why but my mind just can't process what i was reading last night. i didn't have the urge to study at all.
anyways, it was time for me to perform the return demo. i wasn't nervous at all because i know our clinical instructor is kind during return demo. anyways, during the time i was performing the clinical instructor asked me a lot of questions that i wasn't able to proceed with the next procedure. i finished okay and my grades were okay. i just need to study for our quizzes. haha :) i still have to perform set b tomorrow so i need to study.

publico @ blue whale

august 9, 2008. eto na naman kami ni dana. i was supposed to go to join the club lister's night at eastwood city, libis but then i don't have anyone to go with me. then, dana told me that publico has a gig at tiendesitas care of ate teta. actually, i already saw their gig sched at their yahoo groups but i forgot.
so, nung sinabi sakin ni dana natuwa naman ako. hindi pa kasi ako masyado nakaka-get over dun sa previous gig nila. nahiya nga ako dun sa classmate ko na gustong sumama sa eastwood kasi nandon yung sponge cola. si dana pupunta din dapat dun sa birthday nung isa naming classmate kaso hindi siya pumunta dahil... sikreto.. hehe :) so, sumabay na kame sa mga classmates namin na lumabas ng ceu. medyo nahirapan kami ni dana maghanap ng masasakyan na fx kaya pumunta kami dun sa gilid ng ceu na may terminal ng fx.
nagtanong kami kung dadaan yung fx sa may tiendesitas, sabi hindi daw kaya naghanap kami ng ibang masasakyan. e wala talagang fx na dumadaan so we decided na mag bus na lang kami. buti na lang may g-liner na nakatigil a tapat namin na papuntang cainta. sabi ko kay dana pwede yun kasi dumadaan talaga siya ng tiendesitas. so, during our travel, si dana naninibago sa kanyang mga nakikita. grabe, nakakhilo talagang sumakay sa bus, ang dami pang tao. nung malapit na kami sa tiendesitas, lumapit na kami ni dana sa harap para hindi masyadong hassle sa ibang tao. grabe, pahirapan kami ni dana lumabas dun sa bus. super sikip nung daanan sa gitna.
after namin makababa, nakahinga din kami ng maluwag. at yun na nga, naglakad na kami papuntang blue whale. mas nauna kami dumating kaya nagliwaliw muna kami ni dana. natuwa kami masyado dun sa mga rides sa labas ng blue whale. after non, pumasok na kami kasi nandun na pala sila nakaup lang. hindi ko sila nakita nung una sumilip ako kasi akala ko hindi sila yung nakita. then, nakiupo kami sa kanila. kwentuhan at nakinig lang kmai ni dana sa kanyang zen habang hinihintay na magperform and publico.
finally, na start na din sila tumugtog. lumapit kami ni dana sa harap para mas malapit ang view. ako din pala ang naging photographer at videographer nila nung gabing yun. sabi kasi ni ate teta videohan ko sila kaya ginawa ko. syempre, kasiyahan ko din na gawin yun noh. it was my pleasure! medyo dumami ng konti yung tao nung sila na yung tumugtog. ang ganda ng tunog nila kahit acoustic. astig! ayun, after nilang tumugtog, umuwi na kami. dapat babalik pa kami ni dana sa robisnson's galeria para sumakay ng bus pero nagulat kami pinasakay nila kami sa car ni dane. thanks nga pala!
habang nasa kotse, pinatugtog nila yung mga songs ng kanilang banda. super laugh trip! ang kulit nila. natutuwa naman ako at hinatid nila kami sa sakayan. dane! haha..^^ nahuli mo ko. bakit ba?! gusto ko pumalakpak din eh.. haha..^^ anyways, salamat sa paghatid sakin sa gateway. medyo malayo pa yung nilakad ko pero ok lang. buti na lang bukas pa yung terminal ng jeep. nakauwi naman ako ng safe.

i'm back from our community immersion

hello everyone! i'm back after a long absence. i've been to our community immersion for three days at poblacion 4, laurel, batangas. at first i thought that our immersion wouldn't be able to push through because of the bad weather. anyways, it still pushed through and we still went to batangas for our 3-day community immersion.
august 4, 2008. good thing i wasn't late for our assembly time at park and ride. i arrived early and there were still others who weren't there yet.anyways, we had our usual inspection of chn bags and the usual. after doing so, we rode the bus. when we were completed, it was time for us to go. we first had our prayer then it was time for us to enjoy the long ride. we watched the movie "when love begins" starring aga muhlach and anne curtis. i actually don't watch tagalog movies but since it was being shown in the bus, i can't help but watch the movie. anne curtis is really pretty and i like her better now than before. she is very liberated in the movie.
we had our market time at sto. tomas market because a lot of students weren't satisfied with the meat and goods that is being sold at laurel market. after the marketing time, we continued to watch the movie. for me, the movie was okay. it is the typical filipino movie which is very predictable at the end. after the movie has finished, i decided that i wanted to sleep. good thing the bus driver didn't drive so fast. though it wasn't comfortable sleeping in the bus, i still had a good sleep.
finally, we arrived at laurel, batangas. we first dropped off those who were assigned to poblacion 2 those were the group Q and Q1. after they were dropped off, it was time for us to get off the bus. our clinical instructors gave their instructions and then we headed towards our foster parents home. our foster parents still remembered us and they once again welcomed us into their home. we arranged our things in the room given to us and we set our food provisions in their kitchen. we cooked our lunch because we were very much hungry. we had a lot of time left before we meet again at the barangay hall.
after eating our lunch, we took a rest and had a good silent time. when it was almost 2pm, we went to the barangay hall for our assembly time. after that, we went to look for prenatal and postpartal patients in which we should assess. each pair of students were given their respective patients to assess. ours was a postpartal patient meaning she already gave birth. good thing because we didn't have a lot to do. after the assessment, we went back to get the fliers and distribute it to the people living in the community to go to our program implementation.
while giving out the fliers, the rain poured down and it was really hard and the wind was so strong. one of the homeowners at the place allowed us to stay in their house after the rain has eventually stopped. after it has stopped at some time, we went back to our house to cook our dinner. the usual, we ate our dinner, joanna and i watched the television and we had a chat before we went to sleep.
august 5, 2008. it was the second day of our community immersion. it was raining so hard during the early hour in the morning. we all thought that it wouldn't stop but good thing it did. we had our dry run in the morning for our program implementation. we did what we had to do including setting the arrangements, putting up the posters, practiced our role play and dance number and presented our health teaching. it finished at about 11:30am so, we went back to our respective houses t cook our lunch and prepare for the program implementation.
we changed to our chn uniform and went back to the barangay hall. our group was tasked to call the people to already go to the barangay hall for our program implementation. by the time we got back, there weren't any people yet and after the time has passed, people started pouring in. our visitors were already there and a lot of people cam including the elderly, children and the men. then, we started our program implementation. though it was hot in the venue, it still pushed through. i just hope that we had a successful program this time.
after the implementation, we became part people and took pictures at the behind the beautiful scenery. we danced to the music of the ipod. when our clinical instructors came back, we had our quiz. after arranging all the things, we went back to our house. we cooked dinner for our foster parents and we prepared some things for our little party at the barangay hall courtesy of our clinical instructors. at 8pm, we went back to the barangay hall and there were spaghetti, softdrinks, bread and ice cream ready for us to eat.
there, we enjoyed the night, the food and the music. also, our clinical instructors shared to us their experiences and we learned something from them. we also had a scary ghost stories which made my arrector pilli active. after the small party, one by one we were dropped off to our foster parents house. back to our house, before we went so sleep, we finished our learning feedback diary and the peer evaluation so we wouldn't have to cram the next day because there wasn't time for cramming. then, we had a good night sleep.
august 6, 2008. it was time for us to go home. w woke up early because we didn't want to be late and we didn't want to be left alone at batangas. we said goodbye to our foster parents and went to the usual spot where we were dropped off. we were reunited with our other classmates. inside the bus, we watched the movie "my big love" starring toni gonzaga, sam milby and kristine hermosa. i wasn't able to pay much attention to the movie because i felt really dizzy during the whole travel. but i still know what was happening eventhough i fell asleep for a while.
i was able to finish the movie and it was really cute. i liked the movie and got some lesson out of it. :) anyways, we finally arrived at manila. i headed back to school because i had to process my readmission slip for my absence. after that, me and my friends ate at mcdo and went home. when i got back home, i fell asleep for a really long time. i was really tired.

publico's gig

yesterday, august 2, 2008, we had our regular saturday classes. it was so nice waking up in the morning with a very cold weather because of the rain. then, i prepared myself to go to school. it was still raining when i got to lrt santolan station and both my pants and shoes were wet with water.
i thought i was going to be late for our first subject. goo thing, when i arrived in our room, our professor wasn't still there. me and my classmates found out that the faculty has a deliberation of our grades. so, what we did was we ate at mcdonald's because we were hungry. at mcdonald's, me and my friends were having a laugh trip. it was so much fun hanging out with them. afterwards, we went back inside the school just to sit and stare at one another. just kidding! at 2:30pm, we headed to our next class. inside the room, everyone was minding their own business.
our professor finally arrived and she started the discussion for our next lesson. we have such a long time for our subject. she then gave us a 10-point quiz which i hope i passed. after the quiz, we were then dismissed. then, my friend, dana, told me that ate teta invited us to the gig of publico. i was so surprised that i screamed in the hallway of the building we were in. of course, it's publico so i had to go whatever it takes.
i first went to my classmate's house because we practiced for our intermission number in our upcoming community immersion this monday. so, we started to practice at about 6:00 pm and ended 8:30 pm because the lrt was already going to close. good thing that we were able to accomplish something. dana and joanna went to our other classmate's house to just chill and hang out. at about 9:00 pm, we went to pureza station as to which it was our meeting place. i saw once again our classmate louie whom i haven't seen for a while. after saying goodbye to him, we hailed a cab.
good thing there was no traffic and the cab driver drove fast but not that fast that he has to fly the car. we arrived on time at the designated place at timog, lunar escape. publico hasn't started their set so it was a good thing. the first two bands who performed was good especially the second one. i love the voice of the vocalist. they're an all girl band (i don't know because they have one male friend, maybe a substitute). after the two bands, it was publico's turn to shine. i really miss them since i haven't been out and about to other places because of school work. i also met the band plastic balloo (not sure of the spelling). they were really good, i had a good timelistening to their songs and it was really fun. dana, joanna and i had a good time.
then, they told us that publico as another gig at malate so we decided to join them. we went there through badong's car. there in the car were badong, farley, dana, joanna and i. farley was busy listening to dana's zen so the rest of us were having fun chit-chatting. we finally arrived at our destination. we went inside and listened to the bands who performed and we had a god time listening and observing the people there. the people were very nice and they were very accommodating.
after plastic balloo's performance, we decided to leave the place because it was already early in the morning. the band and ate teta decided to drop us off at cubao in which we can ride a transpo that could take us to our home. farley and ate teta accompanied dana and joanna to edsa. then, badong and farley took me in front of araneta center in which i have to ride a jeppney going to cainta.


tagalog na ito! maraming maraming salamat sa bandang publico (farley, badong, lui at dane) at kay ate teta for inviting us to the gig. ang tagal ko na rin hndi sila nakikita kaya pumayag talaga ako sumama nung sinabi ni dana na may gig sila. thanks ate teta for treating us with the entrance fee dun sa gig ng publico sa malate (siguro nilibre mo kami). salamat sa kakulitan ni lui. nag-enjoy ako at kami.. haha..^^ thank you to badong and farley na naghatid sa akin sa sakayan ng jeep. thank you for giving us such a good time kahit na sinabi ni farley na wala daw silang energy non. super i love this band. ang bait niyong lahat. thank you talaga sobra for your concerns. nakauwi naman ako ng safe. nakakainis lang yung manong dun sa jeep feeling naman niya gwapo siya. farley, safe po yung tricycle dito sa subdivision namin kasi halos lahat sila kilala na ako. anyways, hindi ko makakalimutan ang araw na ito. sana marami pang gig ang mapuntahan ko.
